General Returns:
You may return any item within 7 days of receiving it, provided:
The item is still in its original, unopened packaging.
If returning due to a change of mind or the item not being suitable, we will issue a refund, less courier costs, once the item has been received and inspected to ensure it is in a saleable condition.
If the return is due to an error or misrepresentation on our site, we will refund you in full upon receiving the item.
Refunds are processed via the original payment method and typically take up to 5 working days. Each return is handled on a case-by-case basis to ensure the best resolution.

Exchanges:
We accept exchanges for unopened and unused products, in line with our returns policy. Once the original item has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund, allowing you to repurchase the desired product.
